TCGplayer Authentication Center study, read directly from the primary article (Peter Day, published 2026-06-04): more than 8,500 Chaos Rising booster packs opened, per-tier rates with 95% confidence intervals — Double Rare 20.30% ±0.85, Ultra Rare 8.29% ±0.58, Illustration Rare 10.66% ±0.65, Special Illustration Rare 1.21% ±0.23, Mega Hyper Rare 0.10% ±0.07. On par with the other Mega Evolution Series sets (Phantasmal Flames, Perfect Order); the MHR looked slightly easier but not significantly so. One Mega Hyper Rare card. No ACE SPEC or regular Hyper Rare tier.
